Great Staff!!! Warm, friendly and very helpful! They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Breakfast was great, staff did a great job at keeping food trays filled and clean. The room although small, was well designed to be comfortable and kept clean by housekeeping. Good location from Times Square, 10 min walk. Don’t expect to see the ball drop from this location though. Staff facilitated storage of online shopping deliveries with no hesitation. Just 3 blocks away from subway. No free parking available but where in NYC is? Short duration 10 to 20 mins parking was available if needed in front hotel.

Great location near times square and Penn station, nice rooms with sufficient kitchen utensils. The bed is big and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is really good. The staff are nice and helpful.

The highlights are: a good and very comfortable bed, a shower with a strong water flow, good amenities. The room also has a fridge, kitchen and tableware that really comes in handy at some point of the stay. Also, the hotel service in general is well thought for the guest self service in many aspects, and provides everything you need for this: buffet breakfast and boxes so you can help yourself and either sit down right there or take the breakfast to your room or somewhere else if you need. A great plus: has complimentary coffee at all hours. The hotel staff was really great, each of them always nice and helpful giving the extra mile. One special thanks to Felix Liabeta who was always attentive to where he could help.

Great central location for visiting NYC, only a few blocks/5-10 min walk to the subway, trains and buses. Hotel staff was friendly and always busy cleaning public areas. Free breakfast was very good, had a large variety, well stocked, hot food was hot, kitchen and dining area were very clean, coffee was available 24 hours. Room was small but clean, quiet, well equiped, bed was comfy, able to control room temp, large tv, good size refrigerator, good water pressure, ottoman, compact folding table and a larger mobile table tucked under desk.

The front staff are alert, helpful, welcoming, warm, and approachable. They are helpful with tips and ways to navigate the city - which I appreciated. The lobby and common areas are comfortable, with nice decor, and inviting. Nice to just unwind. Their supply of teas, coffees and hot chocolate is a beautiful and comforting touch, especially after having been on the go outdoors for most of the day. The elevators are quick, smooth and work very efficiently. The rooms albeit somewhat tight are super comfortable, spotless with modest decor. The beds are crazy comfortable, too! I got the best night's rest every single night-- Something very important to me!! And the rooms are outfitted with everything you could possibly need! - VERY good condition! The mini kitchen in the room is a great touch. I was so surprised that they went a step further to outfit the entire kitchenette with appliances and practically any tool you'd need. Homewood really afforded that home type feeling. The washing machines and clothes dryers... Also a great touch. And finally, their daily rotating hot and cold breakfasts. That truly made our stay special. The only fault I'd give was no sight of bacon served in the week we stayed there, haha. But overall a beautiful stay and would definitely spend my time and my money with Homewood again in the future.
